Refilling the Grinders

Refilling the Grinders

A lot of people have asked me this question: "Is it possible to refill the SpiceQuest grinders/kits?" A sufficient number of people that I am now accepting the start-up founder version of the Razzie Award for 'Most Suckage in Fundamental New Product Communication.' (Can we call this the "Magoo Award" for my massive blindspot, or will I be canceled?). So here goes my attempt at clarification: Every SpiceQuest kit comes pre-filled with a unique 'varietal' of dried chili pepper flakes (see the full line-up here: https://qrco.de/bf8k2H). Once you buy a grinder (either solo/single or a kit of grinders), you don’t have to buy another one if you run out of spice. Ever. All you need to do is buy a REFILL.
Refills sell for $6.95 (plus shipping). Refilling is as easy as flip, twist, and pour. Check out this 6-minute video that shows the process: https://youtu.be/TcP0Jj9PLzI.
Also, please know that if anything ever goes wrong with the grinder, I'll send you a new one — FREE — of course, right?. No questions asked. You don’t have to send me your broken grinder. You can give it to the toddler as a toy. (No jokes; apparently, this is already a thing.)
Hopefully, that clears things up for people. Thank you for your patience while I figure things out. - Fabio
